CHIPS

Some say Michael Jordan is basketball others like to disagree, but there is no controversy to the statement, Mr. Chips was Brooksfield.  Mr. Chippers, also known as Mr. Chips, was a legend to Brooksfield.  As a young man he started teaching at Brooksfield, where he later stated that the scariest moment of his life wasn’t when a bomb almost hit Brooksfield or when he got ill but the first time he ever walked down the Big Hall at the age of 22.  He started off as a normal teacher, respected but not loved by the kids.  Some would even recall him having a lack discipline.  At the age of 48, Mr. Chips met and married Katherine Bridges.  Katherine helped Mr. Chips when he had troubles, answered political questions, and most of all she made him a better person.  From that day on Mr. Chips changed from being respected to love, by the kids.  As Mr. Chips reached the age of 50, some kids started to call him old, even though he didn’t feel it.  And not till later did Mr. Chips realize that at the age of 50 he was just an infant.  Bye now you might be wondering how Mr. Chips met Katerine.  Well on one vacation Mr. Chips went hiking when he noticed a women waving her hands as if she was in trouble.  So Mr. Chips wanted to play superman and go save her, but within a matter of seconds he was the one that needed saving.  As he was running to help the girl he tripped and sprained his ankle.  Luckily the girl was not in need for help, and ironically ended up helping her future husband Mr. Chips.  On April 1st, 1898 Mr. Chips dream world vanished when Katerine died delivering their first child, the child also died.  Even though his wife died Mr. Chips still found happiness.  The happiness was in each child that he taught and met.  One day, Ralston, who was the one of the many headships that Brooksfield had, demanded that Mr. Chips quit.  Fortunately, Mr. Chips said no, and later students and faculty threaten a riot if Mr. Chips quit because of Ralston. The next year, Ralston quit and Mr. Chips felt that much closer to Brooksfield.  A year or two after the incident with Ralston, Mr. Chips came up with Bronchitis and had to miss a semester of school. He then decided that he should quit in 1913.  After a couple of years of not teaching, but still attending sport games, and talking to the kids did Mr. Chips decided to come back to teach when a dear friend of his pleaded.  His friend Charitis...
