Persuasive Satire

The two favorite words in the English language to anybody have to be "persuasive" and "satire."  With those words combined, the persuasive satire is the ultimate thrill in writing.  Writing a magnum opus that persuades in a satirical manner is any student's dream.  The persuasive satire also, if done badly enough, can lower someone's grade so he can be congratulated by his parents and applauded by his friends, which is almost as fun as writing the satire in the first place.  The benefits of writing a persuasive satire are beyond belief.  One prime reward is using up all of a weekend to write it.  Who wants to go out on the weekends anyway?  Surely nobody would reply to that inquisition with affirmation.  Writing an awe-inspiring persuasive satire is truly one of the best activities any human being could ever imagine accomplishing.
