Buddhist Sermon

         Buddhism is a religion where everyone believed to be born innocent. We are peaceful people who seek happiness through good deeds.  Buddha, or "the Enlightened One," is a man who sought a path of balance.  The search for a path of balance is called the Middle Path.
         It is possible to bring an end to suffering by following, "the Noble Eight Fold Path": Right View, Right Resolve, Right Speech, Right Actions, Right Occupation, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration.  Once you reach that perfected state of insight, the Holy Life shall be achieved.
         As a peaceful Buddhist you should care for all the people, the plants, and animals around you.  Buddha teaches you to love yourself and others, even your enemies.  Violence is not an answer.  Must we kill another to achieve happiness? One must forgive and forget.
        Meditation is a key factor in the Buddhist religion.  Meditation is a way of developing more positive states of mind...
