CHAPTER 1
On a gloomy morning in France a young boy named Josh got dressed into a light grey tracksuit and was walking to school. On this morning he saw an old dog with lovely golden fur which was walking around. This was something special for the boy as he did not have many friends. The old dog jumped up on Josh and started wagging its tail. "Hello Rover" said Josh as he softly stroked the dog. "See you tomorrow" whispered Josh as he continued on his way. As he crossed the worn out cobble stoned road and headed towards a set of steps he went down every morning he saw a bright red balloon tangled around the top of the light pole.
Josh put down his bag and slowly started climbing up the light pole. Once he was near the top of the pole, he reached out and untangled the balloon and but the string in his mouth. Very carefully he slid down the pole and Josh had realised that he had wasted a lot of time and if he did not hurry he would miss his bus. When Josh had got to the bus stop there were three people waiting there. He was waiting next to a man wearing a grey trench coat.
