Apple Computers
Apple Computers Apple Computers astonishing rise during the 1980’s had been an American business success story of epic proportions. For a company that rocketed out a garage in Los Altos Ca. to become a pioneer of the New Information Age. But the 1990’s had gotten off to a rocky start. Apple’s profits were falling under fierce competition. Its outlandish research projects were not panning out. The Mac had held a good ten year lead in technology over all other computers. After reviewing the roller coaster-like ride that Apple computer took, it was apparent to my team that Apple must become a much sleeker company. I would also make sure that my sales managers monitored the status of Mac products in all of the retail outlets on a weekly basis. This would avoid any kind of inventory swings. It can be said that in the past Apples management has not been able to solve the companies internal and external problems that have lurked for years. Therefore, it is extremely important to restructure all the levels of management within each organization because Apple has ... This is ONLY a preview of the article.
