Macbeth

At the dinner banquet, it was time to announce the most valuable player of the year award.   Every athlete in the room had practiced day after day to win the enviable award.  The room fell silent at the sound of the drum roll as it was preparing to fulfill one athlete's ambition.  It takes alot more than a walk in the park for person to complete their ambition. In the play Macbeth, Macbeth achieves his ambition only through great internal and external conflict which makes him forget his morals and changes him into a completely different person.  The power that ambition has affects everyone that wants to complete their goals.
     When a car is fueled with gas, it can take a person almost anywhere.  When a person fueled is with ambition, that person can go beyond any boundary. Within the mind of each person lies a desire, and without ambition, nothing is left to propel that person to their desire and the hope of attaining that goal dies out. That desire is what drives the person to succeed in whatever they do, and without that desire, the fuel for ambition dies out.  Ambition acts as the drug to make people feel like a king.  The drug may be strong enough to change the way a person perceives between what is right and wrong.  If the drug effects cannot be harnessed into a positive use, harmful side effects may be experienced.  Ambition guides people to thier desires but it may or may not come with negative side affects.
     After a frightenling truthful prophecy told to Macbeth by three witches, Macbeth mused over the idea of being king.  Lady Macbeth was informed about the prophecy and also noticed a chance at promotion.  Ambition starts off in Macbeth with a temptation that he couldnt resist.
