Schroders provides individuals, private clients, institutions and leading financial intermediaries with a full range of investment fund products and services. These consist of families of mutual funds, unit trusts and investment trusts. Other collective investment schemes are offered, as well as a range of alternative investment products.

Schroders manages over Ł14 billion (€20 billion/US$23 billion)* in these funds worldwide. Assets are managed through our central operation, Schroders Investment Management (SIM). Headquartered in London, its global network of investment management offices has more than 257 locally based fund managers and research analysts. Together, these resources enable us to combine ‘top-down’ market analysis with ‘bottom-up’ stock research and local knowledge in all major markets.

In the US we provide fund management and "wrap" investment services to endowments, foundations, family trusts and individuals and to a number of the leading US broker dealers for their clients. Our major mutual fund range is called Schroder Investment Management North America Inc (SIMNA).

Our Investment Funds business operates across the Asia-Pacific region with domestic fund ranges in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan and Singapore. We also have research and marketing resources in China, Indonesia, South Korea and Taiwan.

Schroders’ unit trust operation is one of the largest in the UK, with over Ł9 billion (€13 billion/$14 billion) under management through the Schroder Unit Trusts Limited range. We provide Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) to qualified UK investors, and other specialist funds for the long-term savings industry.
